Field Ready Kits provides PPE, safety equipment, and gas detection devices for regulated industrial environments. Our shipping and delivery procedures are designed to ensure fast, reliable service for both nationwide and local customers.

Nationwide Shipping (U.S. Only)

Field Ready Kits ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Flat Rate Shipping — $19.99 Per Kit

All nationwide orders ship for a flat rate of $19.99 per kit. Shipping charges are applied per kit due to weight, packaging requirements, and carrier costs.

Same‑Day Shipping Cutoff

If an item is in stock and your order is placed by 3 PM Central Time, it will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM ship the next business day.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or regional delays. Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

Local Delivery (Within 100 Miles of Tomball, TX)

Local delivery is available only for qualifying orders within a 100‑mile radius of Tomball, Texas.

Free Local Delivery Threshold

Local delivery is free for orders totaling $399.98 or higher.

Local Delivery Cutoff

Orders placed by 10 AM Central Time qualify for same‑day delivery. Orders placed after 10 AM will be delivered the next business day.

Local Delivery Restrictions

Local delivery is not available for orders under $399.98.
Local delivery is separate from nationwide shipping and cannot be combined.
Delivery availability may vary based on weather, safety conditions, or operational capacity.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary during high‑volume periods.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Field Ready Kits is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.
