How much is shipping?
A flat $19.99 per kit to any address in the lower 48 states. Bulk orders of 10 or more kits get shipping quoted per order.
How fast will my kit ship?
In-stock orders placed by 3 PM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders after 3 PM ship the next business day. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days.
Do you deliver locally in Texas?
Yes. Local hand delivery is free on orders of $399.98 or more within 100 miles of Tomball, Texas. That local hand-delivery area covers the Houston area, Freeport and Beaumont/Port Arthur. Local orders placed by 10 AM CT qualify for same-day delivery.
Can I return a kit?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email returns@fieldreadykits.com with your order number and photos of the items and packaging. Used items cannot be returned, including an H₂S monitor that has been activated. Sale items can be returned on the same terms. If your return qualifies, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
Which kits include an H₂S monitor?
The Essentials + Kit and the Firewatch + Kit include a Honeywell BW Clip 2-year H₂S single-gas detector (BWC2-H). It is the only difference from the base kits and adds $120.
What makes a kit "audit-ready"?
Every kit includes a laminated audit-ready checklist of its contents and a laminated sample JSA, so the kit can be verified quickly at the gate or during a safety audit.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more kits get 5% off, and orders of 20 or more get 10% off. Shipping on bulk orders is quoted per order. Request a bulk quote, email sales@fieldreadykits.com or call or text 346-580-7115. Custom kits are coming soon.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the lower 48 states only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
Will this kit meet my site's requirements?
Our kits cover the PPE most commonly required for plant and site entry, but requirements differ from site to site. Always check your site orientation, JSA or safety contact before you report.
