FIELD READY KITS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY (U.S. ONLY)

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

Field Ready Kits provides PPE, safety equipment, and gas detection devices intended for regulated industrial environments. Used PPE and activated gas monitors cannot be safely resold, so we accept returns of unused items only.

Return Eligibility

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Sale items are returnable on the same terms as all other unused items.

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used items, including PPE that has been worn, used, or deployed on a jobsite
  • Gas monitors (including the Honeywell BW Clip H₂S monitor) that have been activated, powered on, or exposed to any environment
  • Custom-built kits (defined below), unless defective
  • Gift cards

Custom‑Built Kits

A "custom‑built kit" refers to any Field Ready Kit that has been modified at the customer's request, including:

  • Added or removed components
  • Substituted PPE items
  • Customized branding or labeling
  • Any non‑standard configuration not listed on our website

Custom‑built kits are non‑returnable unless defective.

Gas Monitors

Gas monitors cannot be returned once activated, powered on, or exposed to any environment. Activation begins internal logging, sensor warm‑up, and calibration drift, making the device unable to be certified as new.

Manufacturer Warranty

Defective gas monitors may be eligible for manufacturer warranty service. Contact us at returns@fieldreadykits.com and we will assist with warranty evaluation and next steps.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@fieldreadykits.com with your order number and photos of the items and their packaging, or call or text 346-580-7115 (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CT). Returns cannot be accepted without photo verification. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return qualifies, we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We exchange defective or incorrect items. For other changes, return the unused item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

U.S.-Only Sales

Field Ready Kits sells within the United States and ships only to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. International orders and returns are not accepted.
